On Monday March 3rd, one topic on Atlanta City Council’s agenda was the closure of Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. A larger-than-usual number of community members showed up to voice their opinion and witness the vote. Attached, are the first two hours of public comment from that meeting. In the end, Councilman Andre Dickens, Post 3 At Large, passed a motion to re-open the Community Benefits Plan Committee.
